DATA PROCESSOR
Based in Burgas
Your responsibilities:
- Producing data tables in Excel and raw data files
- Performing soft launch checks on survey data to verify survey scripting logic has been applied correctly
- Carry out quality control checks on data throughout fieldwork
- Assisting senior data processors to implement and test process improvements
- Supporting less experienced members of the team
Your skills and attributes:
- Specialist skills in data processing in Market Research & an eye for detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and be clear and organised in your approach to your work in order to meet deadlines
- Keen to learn and develop new skill sets relevant to your role
Additional requirements:
- Ability to learn quickly on the job and be comfortable with new software
- Awareness of GDPR rules and guidelines

JUNIOR SURVEY PROGRAMMER
Based in Burgas
Your responsibilities:
- Programming online surveys using the Decipher survey scripting and data collection SaaS platform
- Quality checking your own scripting work
- Assisting senior scripters to implement and test process improvements within the team
Your skills and attributes:
- You have an applicable educational qualification, such as undergraduate degree in programming or similar
- You exhibit the ability to learn CSS and Python to a suitable level within your probationary period or already possess these skills.
- You pro-actively check your work for accuracy to ensure it is error free upon delivery
- You actively aim to independently solve issues that arise in your day-to-day work but are not afraid to ask for support
- You encourage teamwork and best practice by clearly communicating within the company where appropriate and sharing ideas
- You can manage multiple priorities and are clear and organised in your approach to your work in order to meet deadlines
- You are keen to learn and develop new skill sets relevant to your role
- You display a positive and enthusiastic attitude to work.
No previous experience necessary but you will be expected to display an aptitude for the role within your probationary period.

PROJECT MANAGER
Based in Burgas
Overview of the role:
As a Project Manager you will be leading on key accounts and working with Project Managers to ensure excellent delivery of projects running through ResearchBods Operations Team.
Your responsibilities:
- Be pro-active in managing accounts and projects, building and maintaining excellent working relationships with clients
- Responsible for taking receipt of surveys provided by the client and checking whether they meet the criteria of the initial brief
- Brief the programmers and the data processors and manage their delivery throughout the project
- Ensure all projects are managed and delivered on time and in line with clients’ expectations
- Identify proactively and manage any issues arising in a project and ensure they do not re-occur
- Check quotas and manage distribution of samples to ensure fieldwork is completed accurately and on time
- Assist with training new members in the team
Your skills and attributes:
- Excellent client management skills
- Focus on achieving results and continuously looking to make improvements
- Ability to plan and co-ordinate multiple workloads and resources to maximise productivity and efficiency
